Return Policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact info@ofcourselove.com for instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the Printful facility.
Please contact info@ofcourselove.com for instructions Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of its status of approved or disapproved for a refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Due to Covid -19/the Pandemic and the constantly changing variants sanitary issues we are NOT currently accepting exchanges. Of Course, Love LLC (OCL) reserves rights to refuse returns or exchanges at its sole discretion. Please check to make sure you are ordering the size you want.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please check your bank account again if you haven’t received a refund.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed the steps above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ofcourselove.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only Regular Priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please carefully check the address you provide for accuracy. If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You, the customer, will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
UNCLAIMED (if and as applicable)
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility- you, the customer, will be liable for the cost
of reshipment.
REPLACEMENT ORDERS (if and as applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange is ONLY for the same item. Any issues regarding a Printful order from OCL shop, please contact OCL, as we are here to assist you in any way we can. Please send us an email at info@ofcourselove.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, unused, unworn, unwashed in the same condition that it was received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and it will be their responsibility to inform you about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact info@ofcourselove.com for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please check to ensure we received your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please notify us at info@ofcourselove.com.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier and the customer reports they have yet to receive it, the customer has seven (7) days to report the missing package to Of Course, Love (OCL) , based on the carrier’s date of delivery. Of Course, Love (OCL) won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. However, OCL will work with the customer to locate the package and /or assist customers with filing claims with shipping carriers to recoup the cost of the order. The order can then be reordered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted UNLESS IT HAS THE STATUS OF BEING FULFILLED.
No order can be canceled and/or changed if it is in the status of being fulfilled. This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
